Shipping and return policies for lensrecords

Shipping Info
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day, 2 at the latest. US orders are usually shipped First Class, but sometimes will be shipped via Priority Mail or Media Mail when required by the weight of the package. All US orders will be provided with a tracking number via e-mail when their order is shipped. Non-US orders are shipped First Class International but no package tracking information can be provided - we will however provide a customs form number via email. We've never had an issue with a package that did not reach its destination but for all Non-US Customers - you order at your own risk!! We can not be held responsible for a shipment that does not reach its destination - we have no ability to control foreign postal systems.
Return Policy
Refunds can only be offered on physical product. No refunds will be offered on digital download items. Physical product can be returned for your choice of either a full refund or for store credit as long as items are returned in new and/or unopened condition. If your items were damaged in shipment or you are requesting a refund, please drop us an email at info [at] lensrecords [dot] com to discuss your return - in most cases it will result in a full refund upon the items return to us.
